Division transfer Procedure
Important
Upon initial registration, you'll be asked to choose a division.
According to rule M.3: Division Change request, "A user may once per 12 months request a division transfer, all transfers are subject to approval."
Requierements :
In order to transfer to the IVAO Morocco Division, you need :
- Active IVAO Account
- Clean Suspension History (no major behavioral offenses)
- Connection to Morocco through Nationality, Residency, or genuine interest in our airspace
- Fluent in Aviation English, French and Arabic recommended (for better community integration)
Transfer Procedure :
How to Request a Division Transfer to Morocco?
- Send an email to ma-hq@ivao.aero AND xx-hq@ivao.aero (replace xx with your current division's code).
- CC members@ivao.aero.
- Subject: Division transfer VID (replace VID with your VID!)
- Explain why you want to transfer to IVAO Morocco.
- Check, check, double-check!
Important Notice
Limitations
- Only one division transfer per year is allowed.
- You can only transfer to an active division — IVAO Morocco is active and open for transfers.
- Contact us only with the email address registered on your IVAO profile.
- Remember to include your VID in the transfer request as described above.
- You cannot request a division transfer while suspended.
- If you have a pending exam, please finish it or request cancellation first.
