Welcome to our Division

The Morocco Division is participating in the GCA programme according to R & R 5.1.7.

Any user who wants to control a FRA restricted position in the Morocco Division has to apply for an approval.

For an approval the following requirements apply:

  1.  The user shall be able to perform ATC duties in English language. Knowledge of French and/or Arabic is highly recommended.
  2. The user must have knowledge of the LoA of the position requested within the Morocco FIR/UIR.
  3. The user must have knowledge of the general procedures applied in the Morocco Division.
  4. A minimum of an ADC Rating is Required.*
  5. A theoretical and/or practical check may be performed.
  6. The behavior of the user, especially in respect to other users, must be in accordance with IVAO and Division spirit.
  7. The GCA will be shown in the user's profile. It is shown by division; however, if Division HQ allows controlling only on certain FRA positions, the member has to adhere to such restrictions.
  8. A maximum of four (4) GCAs may be held simultaneously by a member across all divisions, including the Morocco Division
  9. A minimum of 3h of activity per month or 12h every 3 months is required to maintain your GCA.
  10. The GCA can be withdrawn at any time by Division HQ if the requirements are not met anymore.

* :  The IVAO Morocco Division's Training Department reserves the right to evaluate applicants on an individual basis, including the authority to waive, adjust, or deny approval based on demonstrated competency, conduct, and alignment with divisional standards, regardless of formal prerequisites.
